Initiating a Return

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with it.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will sought out your problem ASAP.
